Dan Henry received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Washington in 1974 and completed his residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Henry is one of the founding members of Foothill Family Clinic and has practiced there for the past 43 years.

His youngest daughter, Danielle, developed severe migraine disease at the age of 8. Over the next 9 years, her disease continued to progress, and she ended her life at age 17.

Following Danielle’s death, Dr. Henry focused on making a difference for those with migraine and headache disorders by devoting his practice to headache medicine with a special interest in children, adolescents, and young adults.

He established the Danielle Byron Henry Migraine Foundation with his family in 2016.
