A Welcome Note from Jess
We live in a world that often feels heavy. Anxiety, low mood, and overwhelm are real — and pretending otherwise doesn’t help. 28 Days of Joy isn’t about ignoring reality. It’s about gently adding moments of joy alongside it.
This program is designed to be low-stress and flexible. Instead of daily assignments, you’ll receive weekly joy invitations you can explore at your own pace. Some days you might try one. Other days you might skip entirely. There’s no falling behind.
Throughout April, you’ll have access to a checklist of 28 simple joy practices. Some may feel familiar, others new. Our hope isn’t that you do them all — it’s that you discover which ones truly support you and keep those going.
Each Wednesday, you’ll receive a short video offering grounding, reflection, or gentle guidance for the week. In addition to the weekly emails and videos, there will be an opportunity to connect with others via WhatsApp, where you can participate as much or as little as you like.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about noticing what already brings light.
