Tools for Lasting Relief teaches participants relaxation and pain management techniques, coping strategies for managing negative thoughts and emotions, and resources for enhancing their resilience. 

Please complete the form below to register for the session starting January 24, 2026. The sessions are held every Saturday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm EDT for six weeks via Zoom. Participants will receive access to Google Drive, where they can find session recordings, presentation slides, audio recordings, and written materials.
